Ordering, Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

All orders are sent from our warehouse within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). We are closed during weekends.
Standard postage orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. 

  

Please note: due to the current restrictions, delays are possible.

 

We only cater for the Republic of Ireland, Northen Ireland, United Kingdom and Europe at present. We do not send orders to any other locations.

 All orders are shipped to ROI and NI via standard eParcel services with Fastway.

Our Parcel Flat Rate for Handling and Shipping for all standard orders is €7 and this is included in your order at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been processed.

Customers from shopping with us from the UK are responsible for any customs fees at the arrival. 

 

Order pick-ups are not offered at moment.

 

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

If an item  is missing in your order or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll rectify the error.

If your order has arrived with leaks, please contact us with a photograph of your order, within 48 hours of receiving it.
